KTAG 7.020 Ksuite V2.23 EU clone all gray (Solved)

I connected my KTAG 7.020 declared as EU Clone. KSUITE 2.23 Net Safe.  All completely gray, in the INFO tab all lack of. Previously everything worked fine.

Solution:
I repair this KTAG 7.020 tool!
1)Download files at SVVAG2000 (K-Tag update)
2)Download SD Card Formatter
3)Old SD Card format in "overwrite format" and no label
4)Download Win32DiskImager and write SD image !!!!2!!!! times (before the second time you cannot format)
5)Insert SD-card to KTAG and plug to notebook. Start KSUITE 2.23 and have fun!
